Blackberry Link loading sync relationship problem ( Simple Solution)

Hello guys,
In blackberry 10 OS we use blackberry link to connect our device to computer.
I have noticed people searching the solution for the problem of loading sync relationship and they are not able to access the internal storage.
The solution is simple if you have any antivirus disable it's firewall else disable windows firewall from control panel and that's it you can now access your internal storage.


If you have SD card then just go to settings storage and access and enable the option of mounting sd card.

Tip - Do backup your data in blackberry link at least once in a month because your SD card life is limited.

If then also you  are facing some problem then you can comment.
